4thUtility Company are at Denham Wood Close tomorrow finishing off the installing of the faster fibre broadband. They will be working in all the blocks on Denham Wood Close. Please take care entering and exciting the buildings. Thank you

17-12-2019 - Sky TV

Any resident wanting to install SkyHD please get in touch with the Management Company. The apartment buildings are wired in for Sky and SkyHD. The blocks are NOT wired in for SkyQ. The Management Companies TV Engineer will be able to help in connecting you to SkyHD.This will be a cost to the resident. Sky will not touch the Communal System.

15-01-2019 - SkyQ

Please be advised the apartment blocks at Denham Wood Close and Alma Wood Close are not wired up for SkyQ. The blocks are only wired up for Sky HD. If any resident would like their apartment wiring to the HD Sky Dish then please get in touch with JKA Property Management Company Limited to arrange an appointment with our Engineer. There will be a cost that is payable by the resident. Thank you

09-05-2018 - SKY Q

This is a notice about Sky Q. Unfortunately the apartment blocks have not been upgraded to this. They have been upgraded to Sky HD. The lease prohibits the installation of individual Sky Dishes on the buildings. All TV connections should be through the Communal Dish. If any resident in the future would like to be connected to Sky HD it can be arranged through the Management, at a cost of £85.00 Nothing should be fitted to the external walls of the properties. Thank you

02-11-2015 - Reminder

Just to advise that all apartments have access to HD service through the communal system (and have done since 2011). You can upgrade subject to a connection fee of £85.00 as this must be done through the approved engineer.

13-01-2012 - Sky TV service

Normal service resumed last night at Alma Wood Close. Please advise if there are any continuing problems. 

06-01-2012 - Sky TV

Our engineer has identified the problem causing the interruption to Sky TV (not Sky+) services at Alma Wood Close. The requisite parts have been ordered and the service is expected to be reconnected on Wednesday 11th January. We fully understand residents frustrations but assure all this is being prioritised.

06-04-2011 - Sky Upgrade

We have now arranged with BSkyB to provide Sky+ over the site. Residents can now subscribe direct for this service. The upgrade to the infrastructure was negotiated by ourselves at no charge to the Service Charge account.

Residents with their own dish will be contacted directly by Sky to arrange the removal of individual dishes/connection to the new system. This will be free of charge. Individual dishes are not allowed under the lease.
