We are still experiencing parking issues on site. Can all residents please be aware that there is a car park plan on each Notice Board that is situated in the Communal Hallways of each apartment block. Please fine your correct parking spot and be respectful of other residents. If you are unsure please contact JKA Property Management Ltd as they will be happy to help. Thank you.

Can residents please park in their allocated parking space. If you are not sure which parking space is yours please consult the car park plan that is on the notice boards in the communal hallways.

Car Park problems. Just to inform residents that the Managing Agent is trying to sort out the problems of parking that the Gym members are creating. The Community Police lady is going to have a word with the Gym Manager this week. If you experience any issues please complain to the Council, the more complaints they receive the better. Thank you.

To residents, each apartment has one designated parking space. If you do not know which is your correct parking space please refer to the car park plan that has been pinned onto the notice board in each communal hallway. Thank you

Can residents in Oak House please look at the car park plan that is on the notice board? Then park in your correct parking space. There are a few of you that are parking in Holly House parking spaces. Thank you.

13-12-2022 - Snow

Can all residents please take care when walking around the car parks. The Gardeners have gritted a few times but as the snow and ice melts it quickly freezes up again with it been so cold. It is slippy in some parts. TAKE CARE

There is a car park plan on the notice boards of each communal hallway. Can all residents please locate their allocated parking space for their apartment and to park there in the future. If anyone parks in your space please put a polite note on the car asking them to check the car park plan on their notice board. Thank you.

Alma Wood Close and Denham Wood Close car parks are allocated parking. There is a car park space asigned to each apartment. On the notice boards in each communal hallway is a car park plan. Can all residents idetify which is their parking space please? If someone else is parking in your space please put a polite note on the car asking them not to park in that space? If you still don't know where to park please contact JKA Property Management Ltd for assistance? Thank you

16-11-2021 - Parking Spaces

The Management have received a number of complaints about parking on the development. Denham Wood Close is an ALLOCATED parking area. Each apartment is sold with a parking space. When someone else parks in that space its like another person parking on your drive if you lived in a house with a drive way. Please look at the car park plan that is on the Notice Board in each block. Your apartment parking space is labeled. Please use the correct parking space for your apartment. If you have more than one car per apartment you will need to find alternative parking, DO NOT park in someone else's parking spaces. If all Visitors parking spaces are been used then you will have to park your car off site. Visitors parking is marked with a V on the plan. Do not park your vehicle on the entrance to the development, this impedes Emergency Vehicles to gain access to the blocks of apartments. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

09-11-2020 - No Parking on the Road

Can I ask residents not to park on Denham Wood Close please? Double parking on this road is not safe for drivers coming out of the the small car parks in front of Beech House & Cedar House, also the vehicles turning into Denham Wood Close off Keepers Wood. Double parking will impede a Fire Engine or other Emergency Services from access the blocks safely & quickly. Thank you for your assistance.

11-07-2020 - Speeding

The Management has been receiving some complaint about the speed of which some drivers drive onto the development. When you turn into Denham Wood Close can you please reduce your speed to 5MPH. There are children that live on the development, so please take care. Thank you.

30-06-2020 - Car Parking Spaces

The Management is receiving a number of complaints at this time, about residents parking in allocated parking spaces. If you don't know the correct parking space for your apartment will you please ring JKA Property Management Ltd and we will be glad to help. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

13-03-2020 - Parking Spaces

There appears to be some residents that are parking their cars in other residents parking spaces. This could be if you are new to the development and have not been informed where your allocated parking is. If you have not been inform or you just have no idea which parking space is allocated to your apartment please do not hesitate to get in touch with JKA Property Management Ltd and we will inform you of your correct parking space. 19-07-2019 - Abandoned Vehicles

There seems to be a few abandoned vehicles on the car park near Birch House. I have been informed they have been stationary for weeks. 1. Light Blue Volvo 2. Silver Volvo 3. A large White VW Commercial Van which is parked in 2 parking bays. Can the owners please remove them ASAP. If they are still there in 2 weeks the Management will have them removed.

05-07-2019 - Commercial Vans

We are experiencing a number of Commercial Vans parking on the Car Parks at Denham Wood Close. These vehicles are not permitted to park in the grounds of Denham Wood Close. You are breaking the Terms of the Lease. Please find alternative parking for these unsightly vehicles. Thank you

05-06-2018 - Lighting

The Electrician will be on site sometime next week. He will be dealing with the car park light that is staying on all the time, at the rear of Maple House. Also there are 2 other car park lights that are in need attention.

09-03-2018 - Incorrect Parking

There are still some residents that are parking incorrectly. Kingswood Court car parking spaces are allocated one per apartment, the remaining spaces are visitors. We have some residents parking in the Beech House parking spaces. If you have not been advised which allocated parking space belongs to the apartment you are renting, please get in touch with the Management, where we will be happy to advise. Contact details are on the notice boards in each block.

17-11-2017 - Cars

The car parks at Alma Wood and Denham Wood Close are allocated parking spaces. Please park in the parking space that has been allocated to the apartment that you are living in. If you do not know which is your parking space please contact the Managing Agents.

18-10-2017 - Break-In

Please be advised that there has been a car broken into outside Holly House on Monday 16.10.2017 between the hours of 10.30pm & 6.30am Tuesday morning. If any of the residents saw or heard anything between these times can you please get in touch with the Management. Or if anyone has CCTV can you let the Management know please.

13-10-2017 - Parking

Can residents please park in their allocated parking spaces. It is really frustrating for residents to come home after a long day, to find another vehicle or motor bike parking in their space. If you are not aware of your allocated parking space can you please contact the Management Company and we will advise you.

There is still a problem of parking on Denham Wood Close. Each appartment has its own designated parking space. if any appartment owner or tenant does not know their parking space then please contact Jan at Beefold property management

We still have issues with residents parking in other residents parking spaces, please make yourselves aware of which is your correct parking space. Each apartment has its own designated parking space which you should have been informed of when you purchased or rented the property.

Black Vauxhall Vectra - NX54YVF - no tax and no MOT Silver Porsche W32 DNO - no tax
If the owners are known to you please ask them to move these cars as they are not registered to any apartment and we feel they are deliberately left/hidden here.

Please mind your speed around the site. Jan was nearly in an accident with a speeding car/resident.

The red fiesta to the rear of Birch House will be removed in the next 10 days.
