After some considerable effort I am delighted to tell you that Bailiffs have taken payment from an absentee owner who owed 3 years service charge and who thought he could play the game and avoid paying. The end result was that with fees and interest the payment was double the accrued service charge!!!!! Please note that there is no hiding place - all service charge arrears are collected whatever the time and effort required.08-08-2015 - Pleased with progress at last.
Its been a while coming but the directors are delighted that work has finally commenced on the community shops - we are having a mini Morrisons, pizza take away (cant wait for the litter) and charity shop. This is separate from KWC but its seen as a positive step to enhance the locality.Enjoy!

If you put your apartment up for sale or rent can you please ensure that the Estate Agent you instruct does not erect a board on any structure or in any garden on Kingswood Court as it is our policy not to have boards anywhere in the grounds. 23-05-2013 - PETS!
The Directors have asked us to remind owner occupiers and investors that in accordance with the lease pets are prohibited in these apartments.We regularly receive complaints about noise and fouling of the grounds.
Local Estate and Letting Agents are being informed.
