Unfortunately we are still experiencing Coronavirus Restrictions. The AGM meeting will be a closed meeting again with only the Directors and JKA Property Management Ltd in attendance. If any Leaseholders would like to raise any concerns can they email jkapropertymanagement18@gmail.com before Tuesday 13th July 2021. Your concerns will be raised at the meeting and you will receive an answer the following day. Thank you.

Unfortunately the AGM meeting that is usually held in May each year was postponed because of the Coronavirus. As we are still in uncertain time’s a decision has been made to hold a social distancing meeting for the Directors and JKA Property Management Ltd on the 27th August 2020. 16-05-2013 - Judgement!

IMPORTANT NEWS - 4 long term debtors were today issued with CCJ's by the County Court. We have authorised solicitors to continue with enforcement action. Further action is being pursued against others who do not pay their service charge. More later as we turn the screw on defaulters.
