It has been reported that some delivery parcels are mysteriously going missing out of the communal hallways. If anyone can shed a light on this problem can you please inform JKA Property Management Ltd? Thank you.

14-07-2022 - Security Issue

The Management has been informed today of a man possing to be a Charity Worker. He has been trying to access the apartment blocks. If you come across anyone trying to gain unauthorised access to the blocks will you please report it to the Police. Apparently this Man and a woman have been all over Chorley trying to gain access to properties. Thank you.

14-08-2021 - Scam

To all residents....This is to inform you that an Insulation Company has been on site this week telling residents that the Management Company have given them permission to knock on every apartment door and promise residents new loft insulation and new heaters for their apartments. I can confirm that the Management Company nor the Managing Agent have given this Company permission to be on site. Can I ask residents to be cautious when talking to any of the employees from this Company. Thank you

14-08-2021 - Insulation

This is to the Owners and Tenants of the top floor apartments in all the blocks at Kingswood Wood Court. This is to inform you all that the whole of the loft space in the roofs of the apartment blocks are owned by Kingswood Court (Chorley) Management Company Ltd. The loft does not form part of the apartments on the top floor. There should be no personal belongings of any kind stored in the loft space that is situated over your apartments. Thank you.

08-04-2019 - 1-6 Sycamore House

Apologies to the residents of 1-6 Sycamore House, your door entry system went down today. The Electrician will be there later today to try and get it back up and running. Apologies for any inconvenience.

18-10-2018 - Youths

Alma Wood has received some damage to a main door last night. Youths have been throwing stones at the door at 27-32 Alma Wood Close and smashed the glass in the door. If any of the residents see any youths hanging about can you please report it to the Police. If the Police receive reports that the youths are a problem on there then they will patrol more. Please make sure the main doors of the communal hallways are locked securely at all times. Please do not leave the doors unsecured when you go to the bins or nip out for a smoke etc.

15-10-2018 - Emergency Lighting

Sonic Fire were on site last week testing the Emergency Lighting. They have detected 5 problems in different blocks which will be rectified ASAP. 

19-06-2018 - Maintenance of Security Lighting

Tuesday 19.6.2018 Sonic Fire attended Denham Wood to change some bulbs that had failed on the inspection. All tested and working fine.

22-12-2015 - Mind the doors!!

A silly little person found they had free access to the 27-32 Alma Wood lobby, stole the fire extinguisher and let it off in the garden. What a waste! Theft, malicious actions and parents oblivious - clearly the society we live in now. ALL BONA FIDE RESIDENTS BE AWARE LOCK ALL DOORS ON ENTRY AND EXIT

21-08-2014 - Common parts

These areas inside the blocks are not for bicycles. Please store such within your apartment. Offending bikes will be removed without notice. A service fee will be payable for their return.

13-12-2013 - Glass houses and stones

Its that time again when youths are up to mischief in and around our grounds. The latest is a stone throwing confrontation.

Please report any such activity to the Police as we have an excellent relationship with them and they will act and increase patrols.

13-12-2013 - Stuff!!

Just a polite reminder - please don't keep personal belongings in the hallways and landings. This space is to be kept clear at all times for emergency egress. Anything left here - including bicycles and shoes are at risk of being removed.

We know some car park lights are out but we are waiting for delivery of special bulbs.

20-06-2013 - Attention!!

A large group of youths has been congregating on Denham Wood Close over the last couple of nights throwing balls at cars, running over the gardens just generally making a nuisance of themselves. The Police have been to speak to them and taken some names and addresses. If any resident hears or witnesses anything will they please ring Chorley Police on 01257 269021 or Community Police 01257 246225.
