24-08-2026 - Carpet Cleaning

Please be advised that the Carpet Cleaner will be on site at Alma Wood Close on 25/8/2026 & 26/8/2026. The remaining blocks that have to be cleaned are:15-20, 21-26 & 27-32. Can residents please take care when walking around the blocks and hallways as there will be wires and hoses running up and down the stairwell. Thank you. Apologies for any inconvenience.

12-10-2021 - Window Cleaners

Clean Reach will be attending site one day next week to clean all the apartments windows. They are also cleaning the porches and pillars on the front doors of each block. Please take care as the water hoses will be lay on the ground. Thank you.

02-06-2020 - Corona Virus

Keeping Kingswood Court Safe. Can I thank all residents at Kingswood Court for helping to keep the site safe through these difficult weeks & months. Can you please carry on Social Distancing and before leaving your apartments or entering the buildings can you all please wash or sanitise your hands before touching the Security Pad, handles, rails etc. Thank you for your assistance.

13-03-2020 - Corona Virus

Can we take this opportunity to remind residents about the Coronavirus. Not that you will need much reminding as it is on the TV and in newspapers all the time. If you can remember to wash your hands as frequently as possible, while washing your hands can you sing Happy Birthday to yourself twice, as this is suppose to be the correct length of time you should wash your hands for. Please keep safe. Thank you

05-07-2019 - Door Mats

There are still a number of door mats on the landings. Can residents remove them from the hallways and place them inside their apartments please? They are a Health & Safety issue and could impede your safe exit from the building. Thank you.

19-02-2019 - Objects on Landings

Will all owners and tenants please make sure that they don't leave any belongings or objects on the communal landings.The hallways and landings should be kept clear at all times. Thank you

23-11-2018 - Communal Hallways

Can residents please make sure that there are no personal items left in the hallways and on the landings. These items will impede your exit from the building in an emergency. Thank you 

23-11-2018 - Door Mats

There should be no door mats outside your apartment doors. These are a trip hazards and should be placed in side your apartment.

The Windows on all the apartments at Alma Wood and Denham Wood Close were cleaned last Friday 2.2.2018.

30-08-2017 - August Window Cleaning

Apologies from the Window Cleaner, he wasn't able to clean the windows in August, when they were due to be cleaned. The windows will now be cleaned on Friday 1.9.2017

11-06-2017 - Windows Cleaned

All the windows were cleaned at Alma Wood & Denham Wood Close, week commencing 29/5/2017. They will be cleaned again in two months time. 

10-01-2017 - Smokers

Please refrain from standing in the doorways when smoking & dispose of your cigarette stubs in a bin not on the paths, gardens or flower borders. It is not the look we aspire to for Kingswood Court.

17-11-2015 - Oh no - not again!!

It is forbidden to store shoes, bikes, plant pots - in fact anything outside your apartment in the communal areas.

This is for safety reasons.

Items found here will be removed to outside without responsibility for value or ownership.

16-03-2015 - BIG business - and its not funny!!

I cant believe that I am having to tell one resident to clean up after a messy dog!

The mucky creature - and I am not necessarily referring to the dog has messed up at least twice on the carpets in 17 - 25 Maple House.

CLEAN UP YOUR OWN MESS - ITS NOT OUR JOB. HAVE SOME RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT YOU LIVE

And whilst I am at it - if the dog goes outside then that is the owners responsibility to tidy up - not the gardeners, not the cleaner or the managing agents.

We are pleased to inform you that the windows will be cleaned on the 19th of this month.

15-12-2014 - Polite reminder

Items such as shoes and bicycles cannot be stored in the common parts - hall and landings. They must be kept within your apartment. Offending possessions will be removed and disposed of without notice.

15-12-2014 - Autumn Schedule

The windows have been cleaned 30/11/2014 & 1/12/2014 plus all the doors & canopies have been washed down, the latter cleaned free of charge by the contractor as a gesture of goodwill.

All hall, stairs and landings were cleaned during October.

Take them home with you - please do not decorate the borders/paths with them -its not a good look!!

Cleaning of the common parts is undertaken by Clean Reach Cleaning Limited who visit twice each month. We have an agreed service standard with them and the performance is monitored by Jan Ashburn. If you have any comments about cleaning, please refer them to Jan directly.

Cleaning of the windows (outside) is undertaken by Clean Reach Cleaning Limited who visit six times each year. If you have any comments about the window cleaning, please refer them to Jan Ashburn directly. The visits are arranged individually around other work being carried out. Notification of the window cleaning will be posted here in advance of each visit.
