Please be advised that the Carpet Cleaner will be on site at Alma Wood Close on 25/8/2026 & 26/8/2026. The remaining blocks that have to be cleaned are:15-20, 21-26 & 27-32. We are still experiencing parking issues on site. Can all residents please be aware that there is a car park plan on each Notice Board that is situated in the Communal Hallways of each apartment block. 15-05-2026 - Tree Surgeon

The Tree Surgeon will attend site on Saturday 16th May 2026. They will be working at the rear of Beech House on the main car park. Can residents that park on the main car park at the rear of Beech please use alternative parking on that day. The parking spaces outside Oak House are all visitors spaces.They are also attending Hunters Wood Court and Cedar House. Please be careful walking around those areas. Apologies for any inconvenience. 24-01-2025 - Electric supply

This notice is to inform residents on Denham Wood Close that the electric supply is down in all blocks. A cable has come down in the wind, the Electric Company has to wait for safer weather before instruct the work. Unfortunately it looks like the electric will be down for a while.

On Thursday 16.1.2025 Parr Fire will be attending Alma Wood Close & Denham Wood Close to carry out the Fire Risk Assessment. Please ensure that all personnel items are inside you're own apartment and there are no door mats or trip hazards on the landings. All communal Hallways should be clear of objects. 22-08-2024 - Fire Safety

Can residents please take care when cooking in the apartments, we have had a couple of incidents lately with a resident turning on a deep fat frier and then falling asleep, a fire was averted by a resident hearing her smoke alarm and waking her up. Also another resident turned on his oven then fell asleep, the oven caught fire as it was that dirty. Please take care when cooking or lighting candles in the apartments. Thank you.

13-08-2024 - Water Heaters

We are heading towards winter fast unfortunately. Lately we have experienced some water heaters failing. They have started to rust and crack at the base. To save any unwanted water leaks into your apartment and other apartments can Leaseholders please arrange to have the water heaters checked and maintained along with the plumbing in the bathrooms and kitchens. The boxed in pipework is a pain, if you can get all the pipework checked that would be most helpful. Thank you.

Car Park problems. Just to inform residents that the Managing Agent is trying to sort out the problems of parking that the Gym members are creating. The Community Police lady is going to have a word with the Gym Manager this week. If you experience any issues please complain to the Council, the more complaints they receive the better. Thank you.

The Management is still having to pay extra money to clear away rubbish that is just thrown in the bin stores by lazy residents. Can residents please take large items to the tip. The tip is situated a mile away towards Coppull. Your help would be much appreciated. Thank you

We are experiencing a RAT problem at Denham Wood Close. Can residents please make sure food waste is thrown away correctly and not left on the floors of the bin store. Also any residents that are feeding the birds with bread, nuts and seeds please STOP as this is attracting the RATS. Thank you.
