We are currently in the process of creating a Residents Association for both owners and occupiers of Kingswood Court
and the properties within it.
We are therefore currently seeking any owners who would like to volunteer a little of their time to oversee the
publication of a newsletter which will be issued quarterly. No previous experience or particular skills are necessary.
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO HELP WITH THE RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION IN ANY WAY PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL US WITH YOUR DETAILS,
IT WOULD BE GRATEFULLY APPRECIATED.

The newsletters which will be produced by Beefold on behalf of the Residents Association will contain:
- News and Views regarding the development
- Notification of any works pending
- Discussion on topics regarding Kingswood Court
- Ideas to improve the development
- Meet your neighbours
- Discuss problems at the development
- Your local area
Remember, a Residents Association could organise extra monies in the budget for items which have been agreed upon, such
as: Benches, gardening, cleaning, gating etc etc.
